Kristoffer Gjerde Sætren is the General Manager of BasketAkademiet. Balancing his leadership role with his studies, Kristoffer is currently completing a bachelor’s degree in Digital Culture at the University of Bergen.

With a strong background in basketball, Kristoffer has played in Norway’s top league, BLNO, and has gained valuable coaching experience working with Gimle’s youth teams. His deep understanding of the sport, combined with his passion for youth development, makes him a natural fit to lead and expand BasketAkademiet’s programs.

In his role as General Manager, Kristoffer is focused on growing the academy’s offerings, both athletically and as a social meeting place for children and young people. His responsibilities include securing funding, managing collaborative projects between clubs, and ensuring high-quality experiences for all participants.

Kristoffer is driven by his commitment to creating a safe and inspiring environment where young athletes can develop both on and off the court.

With Kristoffer at the helm, BasketAkademiet is poised for continued growth, fostering a community where young basketball players can thrive under expert guidance in a supportive and inclusive setting.
